Reigning with Love: Insights into the King of Hearts and the Month of March 2025
Happy March! Spring and the birth of something big and new are upon us. March is the third month in the calendar year, but it also marks the end and beginning of the Astrological Year and the Spring Equinox. It is the father, success with romance and people, fatherly love, and baby daddy card; crowned by unconditional love, boundaries, and betrayal in relationships. Some key themes we can expect to experience this month are fathers and parenting, performances and wearing a mask or acting, new love interests, a well-loved parental or father figure, family and family foundations, bullying and trolling. This month’s energy is associated with putting oneself out there and overcoming the fear carried within the things we’ve likely built up in our minds. Some struggles are feeling like you need someone else to accomplish your goal, overselling a dream you haven’t laid the foundation for, or fears you’ve built up in your mind.
This month begins with the last 9♠️ day of the year, compounding the beginning and ending influence mentioned before. The K❤️ (this month) is the Venus placement and energetically supported by the 9♠️. This energy is associated with ultimatums, endings, detoxes, and significant releases; ultimate sacrifices are made with this energy, but ultimate rewards often follow. Nines are connected to graduations and leveling up, this nine (9♠️) is an amalgam of all the nines having and able to activate all the characteristics and karmas of each nine. This day and this month while it seems unassuming, it carries all the lessons we have learned over the past year, and offers the opportunity to demonstrate what you’ve learned, mastered, and have to offer for the kingdom (K❤️) and collective (10♦️).
The K❤️ has the collective Jupiter/ Jupiter (10♦️) as a peak energy it experiences, and its support transforms into the 10♦️. This suggests that March is a powerful time for all things masculine. This is a time for refinement and carefully selecting which seed to plant, where, and when. Understanding the environment you’re in, how long you intend to remain there, and your ability to nourish the roots of the seeds you plant will determine what blooms, and the health of the fruit provided by the bloom.
This month begins during the 9❤️ week, which is akin to the current 9❤️ year we are in. Spiritually, the K❤️ is the Jupiter to the 9❤️ suggesting that this month always begins with expansion, especially in the spiritual sense. Because it is a 9❤️ year, this month has the potential to be exceptionally expansive. Remember that the 9❤️ is still associated with Saturn, so whatever is expanded will require work, to get, to maintain, or it may be a disappointment. It is key to understand what you are taking on and how passionately you want it. Reflect on how something makes you feel as you create it and the outcome of your creation, using those feelings to guide you. The K❤️ has two highly intuitive eights in their life path, granting them great power over mind, matter, and the cosmos. Having a one-eyed King in Mercury indicates the first thirteen years of existence can be fraught with a singular perspective or focus - but it also offers this energy the capability of focusing and accomplishing a massive project or goal. The one-eyed J♠️ in Saturn can also aid them in attaining the things they need and want - particularly in work, spirituality, and health. The second month provided us with the opportunity to use what we learned in 2024 and mastered in January to create something, OR to be initiated into a higher level of work and spirituality. This month allows us to refine our creations and work out the kinks as we offer our work or graduated selves to the collective.
